Restaurant Supply House offers the following Returns Policy:
Restaurant Supply House, Inc. offers a 7 day return policy, if for some reason there is a problem or dislike with one of our products. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee, but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If there is a problem with any item, we must first be contacted at returns@restaurantsupplyhouse.com before we accept the return and so we can give you a return authorization number. We pride ourselves in quality products and service to limit any problems, but if one does arise we have a wonderful customer support staff waiting to help you.
Shipping Policy:
We currently ship orders via UPS ground or UPS 2nd day air. UPS WILL NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX. Smaller orders may be shipped via USPS. There are no additional handling fees on any orders. In some cases an order may require delivery by common carrier, you will be immediately notified if this is the case. At this time we are currently only able to ship in the United States. Most items are shipped directly from our manufacturers and may ship from multiple locations and arrive separately. Most orders will ship between 2-3 business days of when the order was placed. However, due to high demand of some products, an item may be out of stock and you will quickly be notified on its availability.
Payment Options:
We are currently accepting secure payments in the form of Paypal or credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are all accepted for a secure and easy payment.
