Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or the option of UPS 2nd day air. However, smaller items may be shipped by USPS. Larger orders/items may require common carrier, if this is the case you will be notified prior to shipping.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. If your item is out of stock you will be notified immediately to make other arrangements.
Q: What do you mean by no hidden fees?
A: It is no secret that most online businesses charge a fee for handling or include the additional fee into your shipping cost. On some sites this fee can be as high as $7 per item, however, here at Restaurant Supply House we take care of each order with no such charges. It is our way of saying thank you for your business by keeping your expense at a minimum.
Q: Do your commercial grade products work in the home?
A: Yes, our commercial grade products provide a great durability combined with an affordable price which is perfect for home or restaurant kitchens.
Q: What is NSF?
A: NSF is a mark on items that means assures the item and the manufacturing facility it came from was tested and approved by the independent testing company called NSF - National Sanitation Foundation to be safe for commercial use. Restaurants need to be held to higher standards for the cookware they use in commercial kitchens and all cookware needs to have the NSF mark on them.
When purchasing cookware with the NSF mark, caterers, restaurant owners and personal chefs can be assured that they are purchasing high quality cookware. Cookware that is made to withstand the repeated use that chefs require. Cookware with the NSF mark certifies that the cookware you purchase is indeed commercial grade.
The NSF Mark can be found on millions of consumer, commercial, and industrial products today. Products evaluated and certified by NSF International include bottled water, food equipment, home water treatment products, home appliances, plumbing and faucets, and even pool and spa components.
No other independent testing programs require companies to comply with the strict standards imposed by NSF and its product certification programs. From extensive product testing and material analyses to unannounced plant inspections, NSF is the only third-party testing organization to undertake a complete evaluation of every aspect of a product's development before it can earn our certification.
